Rushed, disorganised, and hectic, it began like any other morning. At six in the morning, my phone alarm rang furiously, pulling me out of bed. A stack of to-dos waiting for me, emails buzzing, and coffee boiling. I understood something had to change. That’s when I found digital gratitude journaling.

At first, I was doubtful. Could several strands of thought actually matter? Reluctantly, I launched the app and typed three items I appreciated.
